Cancellation Policy
Booking is subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation must be made using the contact numbers as per
booking.
Deposits of one night stay or 10% total nights stay which ever is
greater are non refundable but transferable with available
confirmed dates.
Cancellation made with sufficient notice will result in the loss
of deposit only.
Cancellation made up to 7 working days of arrivals, a charge = 20%
of total cost+deposit
Cancellation made within 3 working days of arrivals or no show are
charged = Minimum night stay charges apply.
Room for non arrival on the 1st night will automatically be
cancelled for the following night(s).
